1. Information We Access

With the user's authorization through Google OAuth, the Application may access:

• YouTube channel identifiers and channel information.
• Video titles, descriptions, publication dates, privacy status, and other video metadata.
• YouTube Analytics information, including views, watch time, impressions, click-through rates, engagement, and subscriber-related metrics, where available.
• Revenue-related analytics when the user grants the applicable permission.
• Video scheduling information and eligible private video details.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens necessary to maintain authorized API access.

The Application does not request or store Google account passwords.

2. How We Use Information

Authorized YouTube data is used to:

• Generate channel analytics reports.
• Analyze the performance of Shorts and long-form videos.
• Identify content trends and publishing opportunities.
• Recommend content improvements and publication schedules.
• Schedule or manage video publication when authorized.
• Maintain the functionality and security of the Application.

The Application does not use authorized YouTube data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

3. Data Storage and Security

The Application is operated using a privately managed computing environment.

OAuth credentials, access tokens, and any retained channel data are protected using access restrictions and other security measures implemented by the operator.

Data may be processed by configured automation or AI services where necessary to provide the requested functionality. Any such processing is subject to the operator's actual service configuration and applicable provider terms.

4. Data Sharing

The Application does not sell YouTube account information or channel analytics.

Data may be transmitted to Google and YouTube APIs, and to explicitly configured infrastructure or service providers where necessary for the Application to operate.

The operator is responsible for ensuring that any third-party processing is consistent with the permissions granted and applicable privacy requirements.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

The Application retains data only as necessary for its operational purposes, subject to applicable YouTube API Services policies and retention requirements.

Authorized users may request deletion of stored channel data and associated authorization credentials by contacting the operator.

Users may also revoke access through their Google Account security settings.

6. Google and YouTube API Services

Hermes YouTube Manager uses YouTube API Services.

By using the Application, users acknowledge that their use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Users may review the Google Privacy Policy.

Users can revoke the Application's access through their Google Account connections settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the Application, its integrations, or applicable requirements.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
