These Terms of Service govern the use of Hermes YouTube Manager ("the Application"), a privately operated tool for YouTube channel analytics, reporting, and content scheduling.

• Generating performance reports and recommendations.

3. Authorization and Account Access

Users must have the appropriate rights to access and manage the YouTube channels they connect.

The Application uses Google OAuth to request access to relevant YouTube services.

Users remain responsible for the permissions granted to the Application and may revoke access through their Google Account settings.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

All video content, channel information, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The Application does not claim ownership of content accessed or managed through YouTube APIs.

Channel owners are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws, copyright requirements, YouTube policies, and community guidelines.

5. Scheduling and Automated Actions

The Application may assist with scheduling and managing video publication.

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing and approving publishing instructions according to the Application's configured approval procedures.

Publication may be affected by YouTube API limitations, platform restrictions, service interruptions, or other technical conditions.

The Application does not guarantee that a video will be published at a specific time.

6. Availability and Limitations

The Application is provided on an "as available" basis.

Analytics and recommendations depend on information made available through Google and YouTube APIs.

Reports and automated recommendations may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before important decisions are made.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application uses YouTube API Services and may use other configured infrastructure or automation providers.

Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Application's functionality or applicable requirements change.
